- University degree in Engineering/ Economics and Administrative Sciences
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Human Capital Management system and processes
- Knowledge of Human Resources business processes
- Experience in SAP HR, Payroll and Success Factors modules
- Hands on experience implementing and maintaining SAP HCM Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Compensation modules
- Experience with the HCM ‘hire to retire’ process
- Hands on experience implementing and maintaining SuccessFactors Performance Management, Goals Management, Succession Planning, Development, Learning, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Workforce Planning, Workforce Analytics and Compensation modules (any two)
- Good command of English
- Strong communication skills and a good team player

- Lead and facilitate solution design workshops and business requirement gathering meetings with multi-function and multi-disciplinary participants. Participate as a key member in business process modelling initiatives
- Lead and support major company and HR initiatives such as SuccessFactors Cloud release, activation of new cloud functionality, Mobile application deployment, SAP HCM Components (ECC) like Personnel Administration, Organizational Management changes by providing consultation and domain expertise
- Lead and implement various enhancements stemming from HR Technology initiatives which influence our employee’s experience primarily related to implementing different HR modules of SuccessFactors and supporting the functional HR organizations responsible for the already implemented SuccessFactors modules
- Bridge the gap between Business processes, SAP/non-SAP technology and integration with other applications and processes. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and technology to translate business requirements into concrete, specific projects that drive measurable value to the organization and align with Sisecam IT Strategy
- Implementation, roll out and production support for relevant IT application solutions. Hands on configuration and technical design, integration and problem analysis
- Provide technical architecture expertise to ensure proper solution design
- Analyze, design and develop a road map and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint
- Manage and enhance relationships with solution providers and other external partners
- Advise business/ IT leaders as to emerging trends in the industry and suggest new ways of doing things that would facilitate greater leverage of technology
- Partner and drive partnerships with key vendors to introduce new technology
